Chris Crichlow- MIXUP Chief Executive : The young entrepreneur is one of many talents; a self made jack of all trades. He spent many of his teenage years cooped up in recording studios, learning the ins and outs of engineering and production. Alongside his late nights in the recording studio, he was writing, recording, mixing and mastering his own songs & found that he got better and better after each song that he made. He now spends his time in the realm of youth development, using his talents as a Hip Hop Artist/Songwriter/Studio Engineer & Events Manager to make substantial differences to the lives of young people. He created the MIXUP brand and uses the ideologies behind it to benefit as many people as he possibly can and is DEFINITELY not afraid to get his hands dirty.

Oshae Marguerite- MIXUP Artist Development Manager : With a unique perspective on how young musicians can fuel their careers into the music industry- Oshae was the perfect person to work on the Artist Development arm of the venture. His skills as a songwriter and performer combined with his ideas on how to market an artist fit the description perfectly. His background in songwriting and music production means that he can work with acts directly to build upon their melodic ideas and potentially add a new flavour to their music. As an incredibly extrovert character, he finds that he is able to establish very good relationships with any artist/act that works with us; this is a trait that we strongly value at MIXUP.
